Despite his considerable professional experiences in cities such as Dubai, Beijing, Shanghai, and Paris, he has always respected the Italian culinary tradition. On the contrary, faithful to his origins, he reinterprets the made-in-Italy style with talent, skill and a touch of audacity.

Chef Niko Romito ‘s successful proposals

In his new creation inaugurated last June 9, 2023, Chef Niko Romito offers a wide choice among the elegance and style of an almost unrepeatable setting, precious materials and environments pervaded by warm and welcoming colours. His mark, imprinted for years in the activities of the well-known Italian jewellery Maison, is innovative and original.

The Café, under the porticoes of Piazza Augusto Imperatore, answers your needs anytime, from breakfast to brunch, lunch or dinner. An Italian-style bistro where Romito democratises the quality of Italian excellence, where good food is affordable for almost any budget, thanks to the various options.

The Restaurant, a more intimate and cosy setting, is characterised by the richness of both the walls, where gold decorations stand out, and the abundance of proposals. In addition, from the terrace on the Hotel’s 5th floor, there is a spectacular view of the Mausoleum of Augustus.

Cold cuts, fried squid, flatbreads, salads, a la carte dishes or tasting menus have one common denominator: clean, definite taste and top-quality ingredients.

Campo Marzio: a step back into the Glory of Ancient Rome

The location, wrapped in an enchanting atmosphere evoking the Capital’s glorious past, is in the Campo Marzio district, with a respectable neighbour: the Mausoleum of Augustus. Just a stone’s throw from Via dei Condotti, the luxury shopping street where the Bulgari boutique occupies a prominent place, this gem borders, on the right, a bend of the Tiber and, on the left, Via del Corso, which, together with Via del Babuino and Via di Ripetta makes up the famous Trident due to their trident-shaped layout.

It is an artery of about 2 km connecting Piazza del Popolo to Piazza Venezia, dotted with an infinity of buildings, churches, monuments, squares, fountains and sites of great interest. Piazza di Spagna with the Barcaccia fountain and the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon are just the tip of the iceberg of a huge and priceless heritage to be discovered.

A journey through taste and the senses, completed by a unique tour of the glorious past in the heart of Rome. An unparalleled and magical experience, to say the least.
